Website privacy

Firehawk Software Ltd is the data controller for this website.

Our hosting provider records a standard server log for each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser’s user agent. We rely on it to operate and secure the site, and our lawful basis is legitimate interests. The log is retained by that provider for the period it sets; we do not keep a copy.

If you email us, we keep your message and the details you give with it only as long as we need to deal with it, then delete them. Our hosting provider and our email provider handle it for us. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering you. We never use it for marketing.

Our hosting provider may process this data outside the UK. Where it does, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in our contract with it.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use cookies, analytics, or tracking, and the site loads nothing from third parties. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing for you to consent to.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have rights to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct, export, or delete it, to restrict how it is used, and to object to its use. Write to privacy@firehawksoftware.com.
